I am who I've wanted to be when I grew up.  I stole a little joke from him, a walk from them, and some style from them over there, but add it up & that's me.  It's weird though to see a teenager who's as cool as you always wanted to be. Enter: Melissa.  She's 16 with the personality to light up even the darkest of rooms.  I am happy to say she is my friend & will remain so, no matter the distance.  I'd like to think she kind of looks up to me, but I want to be like her when I grow up.  Peace & Love!

This could've saved late night...years ago!

Late-night talk shows are lame.  Aside from a few funny bits there is nothing worth staying up for.  Years ago though Howard Stern shot a pilot for FOX that went un-aired.  Knowing the impact he's made on television, media, & of course radio, I can't help but think that his audience was prematurely cheated out of something special.  Mind you this was shot with a minuscule budget and with little time to rehearse but is still funny... Enjoy!

You need to know your audience!

I'm on the 4 train one stop away from my destination. I'm on my way to see Kid CuDi but a rapper from the group "MPC" wanted to make his pitch first. It's a trio & they have just released an album w/ 12 new songs, there's a catch though. He announces that they do not rap about drugs, jewelry, don't boast about stuff or degrade women, now that's fine & dandy but I happen to love that about rap. In fact take that out & I'd listen to indie rock only. Maybe they should change their pitch.

Q. Tarantino has done so much great work that it's easy to overlook one of the earliest things he's done.  It's from a movie called "Four Rooms" and each "room" was a different part of the movie, directed by a different person.  Tarantino's part was inspired by an episode from "Alfred Hitchcock presents.."  The thing I love most about art is not just the finished product, but what inspired it... My roommate & I have an unwritten rule that we must "borrow" something from the street after every night of heavy drinking... a couple of things pictured above are a result of this... can you guess what they may be?

Allow myself to introduce errr...

I've fought this for a long time. Being socially awkward it comes as no surprise that it took me forever to join Facebook. For some reason though, I jumped onto Twitter before the bandwagon reached my town. Being able to share a thought without apprehension is pretty awesome. I'm not sure how often I'll post on here but I have a feeling this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Inspired by my friends willingness to share their thoughts without fear of embarrassment, I shall follow suit.
