It's not everyday that I feel like I look awesome. I mean, an outfit that gets complimented for the length of the entire day. Wednesday, the 12th, was one of those days.
I'm en route to my job in Brooklyn when this Spanish lady in her mid-20's gets on the train. I'm standing in front of the big windows so she caught my eye as she entered the train. What I didn't see was the carriage with a new born baby that was with her. Very pretty face & you can tell that minus the recently added baby fat, the girl is hot. Anyway, I'm into my iPod & forget of her existence. It, apparently, wasn't as easy for her to forget me as I caught her multiple times STARING at me. I found it pretty comical & thought nothing of it. I get out at my stop & exited at the door closest to her because it was the closest door, but I don't see her flinch or react at the fact the train stopped, so I assumed this was the end of our adventure. I get to the train that I transfer to & hop in, turn around toward the door & see the same girl with the baby carriage. I started laughing out loud at the absurdity of the situation. "Like, really? I thought I lost you!" Same train twice & it just so happens that she got off at the same stop again. I get out first, thinking fuck chivalry, as I head toward the exit. In front of me limps a blind man using the stick thingy, which I think is the technical term, to find the exit. After I witness him bump into a huge trashcan I decide to hold the "Emergency Door" & help him out. I look up & see Ms. 16 & Pregnant with a smile that took up her entire face. It was almost as if she was proud of me. Knowing that there are about 40 steps with no elevator I offer to help her with her big ass carriage. She accepts the offer & our ascend begins. Once we reach civilization, she looks at my soul & smiles & says "Thank you so much mi amor." I'm like "uhhh...enjoy your day!" & run for the hills. As I run into traffic to escape her I realize that she may be the first girl who is guaranteed to masturbate to my image at least once. I've never been so sure about anything before in my entire life. I guarantee that the next time Maria Del Campo "plays DJ" she'll do so with my image in her mind. Somethings, just can't be made up.
